About Learning Center West

students

Our Learning Center West campus is an offsite education program that offers options for at-risk and special education students in grades 9-12 to pursue high school graduation and post-secondary readiness. We work with districts to provide a successful learning experience by creating programs that meet each student's unique needs and offers a pathway to graduation through credit recovery and/or GEDO #2.

What Makes Us Successful

  • Small class sizes to prioritize a relationship-based approach to student engagement and learning
  • A strength-based approach in developing individual learning plans for each student
  • A focus on Academic and Career Planning which includes employability programming
  • Credit Recovery and GED Option #2 programs to promote successful completion towards earning a diploma

Our Goal
To work with our region's districts to provide a successful learning environment for students and their families by creating programs that meet each student's unique needs and prepare them for post-secondary academic and career success.
